The May Flowers Litter Announcement

Litter Announcement: The May Flowers Litter of DLuxxy Maine Coon kittens was born on May 1st, 2026. Mommy Garnet and Daddy Sorbus are proud parents of three healthy, hilarious, and incredibly fluffy baby blooms: Lilac, Lily, and Jasmine.

Oh, darling. It’s finally time.

The sun is a little warmer, the days are a little longer, and the drama? The drama is exactly as juicy as we like it. Put down your pruning shears and grab a cup of your favorite beverage because we are officially kicking off the most anticipated bloom of the season: The May Flowers Litter.

For weeks now, our two older litters — the radiant Golden Dawn and the twinkling Easter Lights — have been soaking up the spotlight like the little stars they are. And honestly? We love that for them. But tucked away in the quiet, comfortable shade (that’s fancy cat-speak for “behind the curtains where she sun keeps them warm”), a secret garden has been gathering strength.

Well, guess what? The waiting season is OVER.

Today, the Garden Has Finally Bloomed

The waiting is over, dear flower fans. Today — June 1st, 2026 — our three precious Maine Coon kittens are stepping out into the spotlight. No more hiding behind the curtains. No more building chaos-energy in secret. The May Flowers Litter has officially opened their petals to the world, and honestly? They’re already stealing the show.

Born on the illustrious, magical, once-in-a-lifetime date of May 1st, 2026, these precious petals have spent their first month gathering chaos-energy. And now, as of June 1st, 2026? It’s time to BLOOM.

So without further fluff, please put your paws together for the stars of our new favorite floral arrangement:

Lilac – Super fuzzy. Super fluffy. So fuzzy and fluffy that we’re pretty sure she’s 70% dandelion puff and 30% mischief. You will want to sniff her head. We do not recommend it only because she will bite your nose (affectionately).

Jasmine – Also super fuzzy. Also super fluffy. Lilac’s partner in crime and fellow curtain-destroyer. Where Lilac is the puff, Jasmine is the pounce. Do not leave your shoelaces unattended.

Lily – Graceful. Elegant. As much as her age permits. Which is to say, she will be a poised little queen for exactly 3.7 seconds before launching herself sideways into a paper bag. We call that range.

Now, let’s talk lineage, dahling.

The Mommy is Garnet. And ohhh, Garnet. She has entered her Lioness Era. She is so protective that she has declared the entire household (excluding the humans because we feed her) to be Imaginary Enemies. She has attacked every adult cat. Everyone. All in the name of protecting her three little blooms from absolutely nothing. Heroism? Or main character syndrome? At DLuxxy, we say: both.

The Daddy is Sorbus. Regal. Handsome. Looking down from his cat tree like a king who knows the peasants are arguing about his wife. He doesn’t get involved in the drama. He is the drama. And also very soft.

Garnet had to be isolated for a while with her blooming flowers. She loved it.

So what do these little flowers actually DO?

Well, when they’re not napping (adorably) or following us from room to room like tiny, wobbly shadows… they are destroying curtains. It’s not a bug. It’s a kitten privilege here at DLuxxy. Those floor-length drapes in the sunroom? Historical artifacts. Goodbye.

Milestone Check: 4 Weeks Old

We can’t ignore the science. At exactly four weeks, our little sprouts have moved past the “blind potato” phase and entered something far more dangerous:

  • Eye contact. Real, intentional, soul-searing eye contact. They see you. They judge you. They know where you keep the treats.
  • Following us. Wobbly? Yes. Determined? Absolutely. Three little shadows made of fluff and curiosity, trailing us from room to room like tiny, furry detectives.
  • Staring contests. Mostly with each other. Sometimes intense. Sometimes just confused. Always adorable. Lilac is currently undefeated.
  • First wobbly run. Imagine a cotton ball with a death wish.
  • Discovery of the litter box. Some are still treating it as a playground. We’re working on it.
  • First communal hiss at the toy, our shadow, or anything that moves. Brave little petals.
  • Vacuum cleaner became riding tool.

A picture is worth a thousand meows. Here are our little blooms in all their fuzzy, chaotic glory

Jasmine (aka Jazz) – The Jazzy Pose Queen

Oh, Jasmine. Jazz. Where do we even begin? Our black kitten is pure elegance wrapped in a gloriously chubby package. And yes — she is chubby in the most elegant way possible. We said it. Jazz has a gift: she poses. While her siblings are bouncing off the curtains, Jasmine sits beautifully, makes direct eye contact with the camera, and dares you to take a bad photo. You won’t. She is incredibly photogenic, wonderfully round, and absolutely unbothered by chaos. Her nickname suits her perfectly — she’s got that Jazzy confidence, that slow-blink swagger. When she looks through the lens? She’s not just seeing you. She’s judging your lighting. And we love her for it.

Lilac – The Fuzzy Acrobat

Look at that belly. Look at it. Lilac is our blue beauty — super fuzzy, super round, and deceptively agile. Don’t let the adorable potbelly fool you; this little bloom can pounce, leap, and spin mid-air like a tiny furry ninja. She is deeply focused on her toys (the proof is in the pictures), and once she locks onto a feather wand or a crinkly ball, the rest of the world disappears. Playful, determined, and ridiculously cute. Lilac doesn’t just chase toys — she hunts them. Then she falls over. Then she hunts again. We’re obsessed.

Lily – The Loyal Shadow

f you’re looking for the definition of a devoted Maine Coon, meet Lily. This pretty little petal doesn’t just live in your house — she attaches to you. And honestly? You won’t mind one bit, because look at her.

Lily is a gorgeous tortoiseshell Maine Coon — her colors are absolutely breathtaking. The rich blend of blacks, oranges, and golds swirl together in a pattern so pretty it makes you happy just knowing she’s always around. You simply can’t take your eyes off her. She is a beauty, through and through.

But Lily is more than a pretty face. She follows us from room to room like a furry little shadow. She chases our feet (gently, mostly), and has invented her own favorite game: she chases us. Not the other way around. You walk. She gallops behind you. You stop. She stops. You sit down? Oh, she’s already on your lap. Lily comes running every single time she sees us sitting — no invitation needed.

She is the ultimate lap cat, the loyal shadow, the Velcro kitten. Sweet, present, endlessly devoted, and stunningly beautiful. Wherever you go in the house, she is there — right beside you, looking up with those gorgeous eyes, making every moment a little brighter just by being in it.

The Bottom Line

The Golden Dawn and The Easter Lights will always have our hearts.
But The May Flowers?
They have our curtains. And our sanity.
And honestly?
We wouldn’t have it any other way.

Stay fuzzy.
